The Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain has received mixed reviews everywhere I've seen them. I presently have a love-hate relationship with mine, and have to give it a mixed review also.
Why? Because I have two of them. The older one works almost silently, almost flawlessly. The newer one has had problems almost from the first. Could it be a QC issue?
